Our client approached us in our show home while on holiday “back home” from Luxembourg. Wanting to build on their section in Aquila drive, he wanted to us to create a spacious and stylish holiday home rental that can comfortably accommodate a large group of family or friends that exuded class and style, while requiring minimal maintenance.
We worked tirelessly to develop a concept that maximizes space without compromising on elegance. Featuring the finest elements from our renowned "New Chum" design, this holiday home is truly exceptional. Boasting a thoughtfully designed layout, it offers a private living area with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom on the lower level, which can be easily locked off from the rest of the home.
Upstairs, you'll find a massive living area with our signature vaulted ceilings, creating a spacious atmosphere perfect for hosting gatherings. This area comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests for dinner or lounging in front of the TV. Additionally, there are three more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a powder room, ensuring that everyone has their own space and privacy.
The exterior of this magnificent home is adorned with Nu-Wall Aluminium weatherboards and sleek black concrete block, creating a striking visual appeal. It has become a cherished memory-maker for countless holidaymakers in Whitianga, and a haven for its owners when they return from their European adventures.
