From our first meeting with Richard and Hannah Warwick, we were confident we had made the right choice. HAMR Homes systems of Estimation, contract management, timeline scheduling, accounting and communication, which were all excellent, gave us the confidence to travel New Zealand whilst our house was under construction.

This cedar-clad, 3 pavilion home is a testament to the love of Japanese architecture (Nihon kenchiku) by the owners. Featuring stunning high tongue and groove ceilings, along with a fully enclosed portico "internal deck", this home offers the perfect balance of quality and style, all while offering an incredible waterfront view. The home is built to "Lifemark" standards, ensuring that the convenience of the homeowner has been considered at every turn. For lovers of Japanese style architecture, the layout and design were an integral part of this beautiful residence. You'll find no detail has been overlooked, right down to the Bonsai gardens.
