Our New Chum design was recreated on this 922m2 right of way section on the “Top” of Endeavour Island in Topping Place. Our clients were after a more rustic look, with covered outdoor living, so we created a large country style portico out off the living room, with exposed timber trusses and huge laminated posts. This then had a large stainless steel outdoor kitchen installed which made BBQ’s an all rear round possibility. The main living area also had a feature timber truss and barn door added, to set it out from the rest when this style of home was only just becoming on trend.
The cedar was stained in rich, earthy tones and highlighted with Marley Stratus copper spouting. The exterior was then finished by the homeowners with award winning landscaping which really elevated it to a whole new level.
